We recently had a telephone call asking if we can supply the PHP45N03LT MOSFET. The answer is no because it is no longer manufactured. This MOSFET was designed to be used as a switch with standard logic levels connected to its gate so it is relatively easy to recommend an alternative. The best drop-in replacement considering price and specification is the FDP6035AL which is slightly more expensive but offers a lower on resistance of 0.0125 ohms where the PHP45N03LT is specified at 0.021 ohms. The FDP6035AL has a marginally higher maximum current (48A compared to 45A) and both have a maximum operating voltage of 30 volts.
