How to Read Resistors
The value of the resistor is marked on the body using coloured rings. Don't worry too much about this. You will become become familiar with the common values as you work through the experiments.
The top resistor
= 1 1 0 00 = 11000 = 11k ohms.
The bottom resistor
= 1 0 00 = 1000 = 1k ohms.
