PIC Production Programmer

Production PIC Programmer - operates within Windows 98, XP, NT, 2000, Vista etc. Our latest P928 programmer module for 16C, 16F and 18F PICs completed its main design cycle during December 2007, based on our original highly successful P927 programmer. The low voltage verify of our production programmer can be set to 2 volts, 3 volts or 4.5 volts. The high voltage verify is fixed at 5.5 volts. Our production programmer is part of our PIC training system order code P928-V which costs 164 UK pounds plus carriage.

Our complete PIC training and development system consists of our universal mid/high range PIC programmer module, a 318 page book introducing PIC assembly language in the simplest possible way, a 262 page book which takes you slowly into the C programming language, and software comprising a PIC assembler and a C compiler. The programmer module serves two purposes. It is used to write our programmes into the test PIC so that we can test them in the real world, and it is used as a test bed for running the programmes. It is already wired with light emitting diodes, push button switches and an alphanumeric liquid crystal display so that most of the experiments can be performed without needing to wire up the circuits. The latest version of our programmer module has two 9 pin sockets for RS-232 serial input (one for control and one for experimental use) and a USB connector for experimental use.
